The massive pile of garbage was dumped in a parking lot in the 5000 block of Nicholson Lane between Nebel Street and Boiling Brook Parkway, according to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue officials.

A trash truck also reportedly caught fire, resulting in Nicholson lane being blocked in both directions between Nebel Street and Bolingbrook Parkway.

It is unclear when the lanes will reopen.
